The email will have requested either Identity Evidence, Facebook Account Evidence, and/or Australian User Evidence. You do not need to submit information for fields below that have not been requested by the Administrator. Please review the requirements set out below to ensure you upload documents that will be accepted by the Administrator.

We recommend submitting your claim using a Private/Incognito browser window on a personal device to avoid access issues caused by managed device restrictions. Refer to Question 41 for guidance on how to open a Private/Incognito browser window.
